Trade deadline (order changes & cancellations)
We move like a fast break. You can change or cancel your order within the first 2 hours after checkout — that’s the NBBAWORLD trade deadline. After that, production has tipped off and the play is locked. Email support@nbbaworld.com with your order number.
Free agency (change-of-mind & size swaps)
Every piece is printed to order, so we don’t offer change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Scout the Size Guide before you draft your fit.
Transfer window (defects, misprints, wrong item)
If your gear arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you’re covered. Report within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund — no fees, no drama.
Trade credit (store credit option)
When a replacement isn’t ideal, eligible issues can be resolved with store credit at our discretion once we review evidence. Credit lands in your inbox as a code.
Condition of return (when we request a send-back)
Keep items unworn, unwashed, and with tags. If we need a return to inspect, we’ll send a prepaid label for approved cases (defects/wrong item). Unapproved returns won’t be accepted.
How to start a review
Email support@nbbaworld.com with:
  • Order number
  • Summary of the issue
  • Clear photos of the print/garment/packaging
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with the next play.
What’s out of bounds?
Normal wear, accidental damage, or sizing chosen incorrectly isn’t eligible. Personalized items follow the same rule: if the print or product is defective, we fix it; if the design was approved and printed correctly, it’s final sale.
