Welcome to NBBAWORLD. By using our website (nbbaworld.com) or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. General

NBBAWORLD is operated through Shopify.

By accessing our site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Products

All items are made to order using print-on-demand partners.

Designs, characters, and branding remain the intellectual property of NBBAWORLD.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are binding once placed.

Cancellations or changes are accepted only within 2 hours of checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other listed providers.

4. Shipping

Processing time: 2–5 business days.

Delivery: 5–10 business days (varies by region).

Customers are responsible for customs duties or taxes where applicable.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or size exchanges for change of mind.

Defective, misprinted, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund if reported within 14 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and lore are owned by NBBAWORLD. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays, damages, or issues outside our reasonable control (shipping carriers, customs, etc.).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
